We are hiring an Customer Sales Representative to connect with prospective customers, introduce available products and services, and create a positive experience from the first conversation. No previous sales experience is required. New team members receive practical training and ongoing support from day one.
What you’ll do
- Connect with prospective customers through face-to-face conversations
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate options
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Answer questions and provide accurate information
- Build positive relationships through strong communication
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
- Collaborate with teammates to improve results and customer experiences
- Represent the company and its clients with professionalism and integrity

Our interview process
Our hiring experience is designed to help both sides determine whether the opportunity is a strong fit. Most candidates complete the process within 3 to 5 business days.
- Initial screening call: A brief conversation to review your experience, goals, availability, and interest in the position.
- In-person one-on-one interview: Qualified candidates will be invited to meet with a member of our team, often on the same day as the screening call.
- Group interview: Selected candidates will receive a follow-up call with an invitation to participate in the final group interview.
