Duties & Responsibilities:
· Read & understand technical sewing instructions, drawings & patterns.
· Perform basic & advanced sewing functions to join fabric articles per specifications while maintaining accuracy and precision.
· Operate automated cutting & sewing equipment.
· Manage quality control at each stage of production.
· Manage daily tasks to ensure maximum production efficiency.
· Complete preventative maintenance on various machines.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Industrial sewing experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to read & write in English.
· Ability to listen, learn & communicate with supervisor & coworkers.
· Ability to work well independently.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to adapt quickly to changes or restructure of priorities.
· Good organizational skills.
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
· Ability to work 40 hours a week.
· Must have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
