What You'll Do
- Lease apartments at two communities from a shared leasing office
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Conduct apartment tours and professionally present community features
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and internet inquiries
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional leasing environment
- Collect rent
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure rent ready product is efficiently turned over.

Qualifications
- Apartment leasing and management experience required
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- Ability to work a full-time schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Professional appearance and attitude required
- Dependable transportation and valid Driver’s License required
