About the Position
Premiere Aesthetics Institute is seeking licensed estheticians who enjoy mentoring others and helping future professionals develop confidence, technical skill, and career readiness.
Our instructors teach esthetics theory and hands-on techniques, guide students through practical training, evaluate student progress, and create a positive, structured learning environment.
An Idaho Esthetics Instructor License is not required at the time of application. Experienced estheticians who may qualify for Idaho’s instructor-licensing pathway are encouraged to apply. We will help the selected candidate understand and navigate the applicable licensing steps.
Estheticians currently licensed in another state are also welcome to apply if they are willing and able to obtain the required Idaho licensure before performing instructional duties.
What You’ll Do

- Demonstrate services and guide students through supervised hands-on practice
- Evaluate student performance through practical assessments, examinations, quizzes, and skill check-offs
- Provide clear, constructive feedback that supports student improvement
- Help students develop professionalism, confidence, and state-board readiness
- Maintain accurate attendance, grade, evaluation, and practical-service records
- Keep classrooms, student-spa areas, tools, equipment, and supplies clean and organized
- Communicate student progress, concerns, and classroom needs with campus leadership
- Occasionally assist with student-spa flow and basic campus operations as needed

Preferred:
- Current Idaho Esthetics Instructor License
- Five or more years of licensed esthetics experience
- Previous teaching, training, mentoring, coaching, supervisory, or leadership experience
- Experience preparing students or employees for examinations, practical evaluations, or professional expectations
Idaho Instructor-Licensing Pathway
You do not need to hold an instructor license when you apply. Depending on experience and education, Idaho may provide more than one pathway to instructor licensure. These can include qualifying licensed work experience or completion of an applicable teacher-training course, together with Idaho’s education or examination requirement.
Premiere Aesthetics Institute will help promising candidates review the pathway that may apply to them. Final eligibility and licensing decisions are determined by the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses.
The required Idaho licensure must be obtained before the employee performs duties for which an instructor license is legally required.
