Our client, a leading Mechanical and Construction company in New Jersey is looking for an Construction (MEP) Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate should have MEP experience as well as be a self-motivated individual who is able to work well in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the client and Construction Coordinator to schedule each construction task identifying durations and manpower levels.
- Ensures observance of the project specifications and carries out the work in accordance with planned time and costs.
- Assure contractual commitments to customers are met and the department achieves the highest standards of quality.
- Assure job is completed at or below budget as well as at or before scheduled completion date.
- Knowledge of reading plans, heat pumps, air conditioning basic pipe fitting, lay out and duct installation
Qualifications:
- Have extensive MEP knowledge
- Project management training and/or aptitude.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Exchange
Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience, Benefits
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
