We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. Duties
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, employing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment and prevent infection.
- Take X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain an organized inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is essential for effective communication within the team.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems for patient management will be advantageous.
