We’re hiring team members to help protect our customers’ outdoor spaces. You’ll apply our treatments to residential and commercial properties and help families enjoy their yards again. No experience? No problem! We provide paid training and set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Start your day by reviewing your route and loading up your truck
- Cruise your assigned route safely and efficiently
- Greet customers with a smile and answer any questions they have
- Apply our 21-day mosquito barrier treatments and other services (we’ll train you!)
- Keep accurate treatment records (state-required stuff)
- Complete paperwork on time (we promise it’s manageable)
- Take care of your vehicle and equipment like a pro
What We’re Looking For
- 21+ years old
- Friendly communicator with great customer service skills
- Team player who shows up ready to work
- Able to carry a 65 lb backpack blower over uneven or wooded terrain
Yes, it’s physical — and yes, you’ll stay in shape
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to the office
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- No experience required — we’ll train you
