WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deliver Expert Clinical Care: Conduct aesthetic procedures, high-touch patient evaluations, and deliver customized longevity therapies (HRT, peptides, aesthetics, medical weight loss, and IV protocols).
- Drive Patient Growth & Retention: Serve as a dual-trained provider who can confidently educate patients on treatments, present wellness plans, and close high-ticket service packages.
- Seamless Direct Fulfillment: Order specialized protocols through our central pipeline; products drop-ship directly to the patient's home with step-by-step guidance.
- Manage Follow-Up Care: Conduct ongoing evaluations and face-to-face follow-ups to ensure long-term clinical outcomes, patient retention, and repeat practice revenue.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Hourly Rate: $35.00 + / hour (commensurate with clinical experience)
- 2%-10% Commission
- Performance Bonuses: High-upside revenue incentives on longevity packages and HRT subscriptions
- Tuition Reimbursement: $5,000 direct bonus upon reaching the sales milestone

WHO YOU ARE:
- Licensed & Credentialed: Active, unencumbered RN, NP, or PA license in the state of one of the following: Texas, Flordia, or California.
