We are looking for motivated, experienced sales representatives to join our growing health insurance team. You’ll speak with qualified prospects interested in private health insurance options and help them find coverage that fits their needs.
We provide quality leads, ongoing training, and uncapped earning potential. Top performers can earn $1,500 to $3,000+ per week.
What You'll Do:
- Speak with prospective customers by phone
- Identify coverage needs through effective discovery
- Explain available private and limited medical health insurance options
- Recommend appropriate coverage
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Follow up with prospects as needed
- Meet weekly sales goals
- Maintain accurate information in our CRM
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of phone sales experience
- Experience in a commission-driven sales environment
- Proven ability to close sales by phone
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
