Lama 109 is hiring a Store Manager to help run day-to-day operations at our gas station and convenience store in Odessa, TX.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and supervise staff during shifts
Schedule employees and make sure shifts are properly staffed
Handle cash handling, POS reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting
Order inventory and supplies, including fuel, snacks, drinks, and other convenience items
Manage fuel deliveries and pump/tank readings as needed
Make sure the store meets health, safety, and age-restriction compliance standards (tobacco, vape, alcohol, lottery)
Train new staff and support the team during busy periods
Handle customer concerns and make sure customers have a good experience
Help hire, schedule, and evaluate staff as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or convenience store management preferred
Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic scheduling
Strong communication and leadership skills
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
