Lead Holiday Lighting Installation Technician (Seasonal)

Custom Christmas Lights is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team for the holiday season. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable working at heights, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
The ideal candidate has experience using extension ladders, is comfortable working on residential roofs, and willing to lead by example. A pickup truck with a ladder rake is preferred but not required.
Season: October through Janurary
Duties
- Install and remove professional Christmas lighting on residential homes.
- Safely work on roofs using ladders and roof safety equiptment.
- Carry, set up, and more extension,ladders, throughout the work day.
- Load, un load, and organize lights, materials, and equiptment.
- Ensure every installation meets company quality and safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills
- Comfortable working on roofs and use of extension ladders.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy ladders and equipment.
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
- Preferred : Own pickup truck with a ladder rack.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Friendly, professional attitude with customers.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
