This is a high-impact role with real influence across a growing dealer group. We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and high-accountability Vehicle Conditions Specialist to drive trade acquisition performance.
You’ll be the primary resource for quick, accurate vehicle conditions assessments, appraisal process excellence, and driving execution of the Dyer appraisal offering. This is an exciting opportunity to join the used vehicle team with potential for career growth.
What you’ll own:
- Execute fast, accurate conditions assessments of vehicle trades and off-site acquisitions
- Drive key performance outcomes: accurately capturing vehicle reconditioning costs, vehicle photos, and other relevant vehicle info
- Partner closely with the Centralized Appraiser and sales team on appraisal requests, vehicle staging, and other customer facing activities
- Be a subject matter expert on the Dyer appraisal process and vAuto/provision/VINsolutions

Pay: $37,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
