We are seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. This role supports daily shop operations, delivers an exceptional guest experience, and ensures our retail space reflects the high standards of Oyhut Bay.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive customer service to all guests
- Operate Shopify POS and payout software with accuracy
- Process sales, returns, exchanges, and payouts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory counts
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Assist with merchandising and seasonal product displays
Requirements:
- Experience using Shopify POS and payout software (required)
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Weekend and holiday availability
Pay: $17.13 per hour
