ClosetParts, a fast-growing manufacturer of custom closet components, is looking for a Receptionist who brings warmth, organization, and a calm, helpful presence to our front office. You’ll be the first voice customers hear, the person who keeps our schedule on track, and the go-to support for admin tasks that keep our operation running smoothly.

Your Mission
Deliver a friendly, efficient, and professional experience to customers, vendors, and teammates by managing front-office communication, scheduling, and administrative support with accuracy and care.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Front Desk & Communication
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Provide friendly, clear communication to customers and partners
- Greet visitors professionally and ensure a positive first impression
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage and update daily job schedules
- Coordinate with the production and installation teams to confirm appointment times
- Adjust schedules as needed to handle changes or customer needs
Administrative & Office Support
- Process paperwork and assist with document organization
- Maintain accurate administrative records and logs
- Assist with general office tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Customer Support
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments or questions
- Provide clear, helpful answers and escalate issues when appropriate
