The Role:
We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our practice. Because we are a small team, you will play a vital role in managing the daily flow of the office, coordinating schedules, and ensuring our patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they call or walk through the door.
What We Offer:
Small Team Culture: A quiet, professional atmosphere where collaboration, mutual respect, and a supportive team dynamic are part of our daily routine.
Patient-First Environment: A setting that prioritizes quality interactions over high-volume patient turn-over.
Work-Life Balance: A consistent Monday–Thursday schedule with no weekends. Both full-time and part-time options will be considered for the right candidate.
Competitive Compensation: $26-30 per hour, based on experience.
Benefits: Health insurance, PTO (vacation, sick and holiday), continuing education, parking for full time employees
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office front desk or patient coordinator role is preferred.
- A naturally warm, empathetic, and professional communication style.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a calm environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute positively to a small team.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Open Dental) is a plus
Please apply if you think you’ll be a good fit or are eager to learn—we value a great attitude and a willingness to grow with our team just as much as formal experience! We look forward to meeting you.
