This individual is the backbone of the Makeready experience. They consider each touchpoint of a guest’s stay and create a comfortable and clean experience. This person values each guest and elevates the level of stay to more than just the expected – creating a new standard in hospitality.
Requested Tasks
- Lead, motivate, and develop Team Members
- Effective manage the operation and hold Team accountable
- Maintain an efficient and effective inspection process
- Ensure proper par levels of tools, supplies and amenities are well maintained
- Oversee staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial/productivity objectives are met
- Manage all expenses to budget/forecast
- Plan and execute rotational projects to maintain all areas of responsibility
- Maintain open communication to ensure fairness and consistency
- Develop and maintain a productive relationship with key departments
