Days/Hours:
Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays (3 days a week): 8am-4pm
What You'll Be Doing
Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with a warm, friendly smile
- Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Checking patients in and out efficiently
- Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Collecting payments and discussing patient balances
- Processing billing and insurance claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Organized and able to multitask
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Dental office experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with outstanding customer service skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with dental insurance verification
- Knowledge of dental billing and claims
- Experience with Open Dental or a similar dental software
- Previous dental front office or medical office experience
