EHS Manager | Western New York
Up to $110,000 | Fully Site-Based
What if your next safety role gave you the opportunity to actually change the culture rather than just manage it?
We're partnered with an established industrial organization that is looking for an EHS Manager to take ownership of safety at one of its key operations.
This is a role for someone who wants to be on the floor, in the conversation and part of the solution.
You'll work directly with supervisors, employees and contractors to identify risks, strengthen safety systems and create an environment where people don't just follow safety procedures
They believe in them.
THE STORY
Walk into the operation and you'll see a busy, complex industrial environment.
People. Equipment. Production. Contractors. Moving parts.
Your job is to make sure everyone goes home safely.
That means spotting the risk before it becomes an incident.
It means challenging a process when it isn't right.
It means investigating when something does happen - and making sure the same problem doesn't happen twice.
And it means developing supervisors who understand that safety is their responsibility too.
This isn't a desk-based compliance position.
You'll have a voice. You'll have influence. And you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable difference.
️ WHAT YOU'LL OWN
️ Build and improve site safety systems
️ Lead OSHA compliance
️ Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments
️ Deliver safety training

Experience with incident investigations
Safety training experience
Contractor safety experience
Experience developing supervisors or operational leaders
A hands-on approach to safety
The confidence to challenge unsafe practices

THE PACKAGE
Up to $110,000, depending on experience.
Must be genuinely commutable or willing to relocate
THE BOTTOM LINE
If you're tired of being the person who simply checks the boxes...
And you're ready to be the person who changes how an operation thinks about safety...
This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
