Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess their needs and provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features based on customer interest and needs.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery; work with managers to configure deals.
- Strive to meet or exceed sales targets by responding to leads timely.
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Presents a professional appearance consistent with dealership standards.
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Possess a positive and energetic approach to customer interactions.
- Driven by the opportunity to increase personal income through strong performance.
