Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Full-Time or Part-Time · Flexible Scheduling
We're looking for a grounded, skilled clinician who brings both clinical depth and genuine warmth — someone who understands that healing happens in a relationship, and who knows how the body holds what words sometimes can't reach.
Our practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, somatic framework, and we're growing. We offer a consultative, collegial environment where clinicians feel supported, not siloed — and where the focus is always on doing meaningful work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Psy.D/Ph.D) in Illinois; Training/Certified in somatic-based modalities (SE, Transforming Touch, EMDR, IFS, or similar) Provisionally licensed would be considered if all other criteria are met
- Trauma-informed lens across the lifespan
- Experience with developmental trauma preferred
- Ability to work with all ages (children, adolescents, adults, families) preferred
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable with an independent framework
