I’m the owner of a growing one-man auto paint and body shop, and I’m looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who is serious about the trade and wants to be part of building something great. This is not a corporate shop—it’s a hands-on environment where your work matters and your effort is appreciated.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle prep work including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation
- Assist with dent repairs, panel replacement, body filler application, and general bodywork
- Prepare vehicles for paint and ensure high-quality finishes
- Use power tools, hand tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment
- Assist with vehicle reassembly and other shop duties as needed
What I’m Looking For:
- Experience in auto body repair, vehicle prep, or painting preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and take pride in quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Must be dependable, motivated, and serious about working
