This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective and referred patients, playing a critical role in helping individuals access high-quality care. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and guiding them through the onboarding process with professionalism and empathy.
Location: Remote (Candidates residing in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, or Washington, DC preferred.)
