Make a difference this school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite with a supportive educational team near Columbus, IN. This full-time contract opportunity runs from early August through Thanksgiving break and focuses on students within the resource caseload. In this setting, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers and staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services, ensuring students achieve their communication goals outlined in their IEPs.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current Indiana SLP license in good standing
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – required
- Experience providing speech-language pathology in a school setting
- Strong skills in IEP development, progress monitoring, and goal setting
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Flexibility and initiative to support students in a dynamic educational environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students on the resource caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress on individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
- Work alongside general and special education staff to support student success
- Maintain clear documentation of assessments, interventions, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Deliver services onsite only; virtual or hybrid work is not available for this role
