Part-Time PreK–8 Aftercare Counselor – Hourly Based central Ft. Myers.
We’re seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Aftercare Counselor to supervise and engage PreK–8 students during our after-school program. Ideal candidates enjoy working with children, can create a positive and safe environment, and are committed to supporting students through recreational, enrichment, and homework activities.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years experience working with groups of children in a school, camp, childcare, or recreational setting
- Preferred: associate degree
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to supervise students while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
- Commitment to a consistent schedule throughout the school year
- Reliable transportation
