What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy and skills training to children, adolescents, and adults in home-based settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans with confidence and independence, while knowing support is always available.
- Create fun, engaging, and motivating sessions for clients and families.
- Collect and maintain accurate session notes and data.
- Provide feedback, education, and recommendations to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with clinical staff, schools, and other service providers.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months–1 year of ABA experience preferred.
- Background in autism, special needs, education, mental health, or ABA.
- BA/BS preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related field.
- Availability primarily between 8:00am–8:00pm, Monday–Friday, with a 1-year commitment.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are highly encouraged to apply.
- Reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand, type, and move throughout sessions.
- Sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties.
- Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5–50 lbs.).
