# Caregiver
We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our team as **Caregivers**. Our caregivers provide essential in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
## Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers as appropriate
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation as assigned
- Encourage clients to participate in activities and maintain their independence
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs
- Document services provided during each shift
- Follow the client's individualized care plan
- Maintain client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff
## Qualifications
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and patient
* **Must have a valid driver's license**
* **Must have dependable and reliable transportation**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and individualized care plans
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a client's home
- Must be able to complete required background screening
- Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, or personal care experience is preferred but not required
