CWC currently is looking for a seasoned Warehouse person who will be part of our warehouse team that is responsible for the day to day operations of the warehouse in our Portland, OR facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and branch transfers.
- Pick, pack, & ship orders.
- Unload containers and other vendor shipments.
- Reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
- Schedule shipments and negotiate to obtain the best rates available.
- Maintain appropriate service levels to internal & external customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Possess basic computer skills including Outlook and Internet Explorer.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Good physical condition. Ability to climb, stoop, bend, crawl & kneel.
- Speak English clearly and write legibly.
- Ability to drive a forklift – certification preferred.
- Positive and pro-active attitude.
