We're Looking for Someone to Lead More Than Just a Repair Shop.
At DunRite Automotive & Transmission, we believe great shops are built by a great team.
We're looking for a leader who enjoys helping others succeed, takes pride in building relationships, and wants to make a real impact not just on the business, but on the employees, customers, and community they serve.
This isn't a job where you sit behind a desk all day. You'll be out in the shop, working alongside your Service Advisors and Technicians, solving problems, helping customers, coaching your team, and making sure every vehicle and every customer receives the experience we're known for. If you enjoy loving others, making decisions, building a strong team, and treating a business like it's your own, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As our Store Manager, you'll oversee the day to day operation of the entire shop. Your goal is simple: love on the team, take care of customers, and make sure the business continues to grow.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing your team every day
- Working alongside the Service Advisors to help dispatch work and keep the shop moving efficiently
- Assisting with estimates, selling repairs, and helping customers understand what their vehicle needs
- Monitoring shop performance, productivity, sales, and profitability
- Keeping the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Solving problems quickly and supporting both employees and customers
- Building relationships within the local community and representing DunRite at community events
- Making sure every customer leaves feeling they were treated honestly and fairly
- Looking for new opportunities to grow the business while protecting the reputation we've spent years building
