Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring completed services meets quality standards and specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance within our facilities. The Quality Control Inspector will play a vital role in upholding the quality of our services contributing to overall client satisfaction.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed, including floor care and buffing.
- Document inspection results in a work order software system and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Collaborate with the janitorial and facilities teams to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility.
- Engage in industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring all areas are safe and presentable for operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in quality control or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2+ yrs
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, including commercial cleaning, painting, and facilities maintenance is advantageous.
- Experience as a porter or in janitorial/custodial roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they arise.
- Proficiency in completing reports and using inspection software/apps is required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
