Job Description:
EnPhysio is looking for experienced physical therapists and physical therapy assistants to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes to multiple islands in Hawaii. This is NOT typical home health - this is outpatient orthopedic physical therapy delivered to the patient's home. We are looking to hire a therapists for all regions of O’ahu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawai'i. This is a huge demand in Hawaii for the service we provide and we would love for you to join our team to help enrich the lives of our patients.
Our model also provides you with the work-life balance that is so desperately needed for clinicians who give so much for their patients. Whether you want a full schedule, or just a couple of patients to supplement your current work hours, we can work around your needs.
As a 1099 contractor, you have the autonomy and flexibility to make your own schedule, and choose what locations you would like to see patients based on your own location. With no productivity standards, our goal is to eliminate burnout and help you reclaim your passion for the amazing work that you do! The goal of this business is to make sure those that need quality care from expert physical therapist, receive that care. Even if they can’t make it into an outpatient clinic.
Qualifications:
Current Hawaii PT/PTA license
Your own reliable, personal vehicle for transportation to patients' homes
2+ years of experience
Personal Liability insurance
CPR/BLS Certification
Compensation:
$70 for each Follow Up visit
$85 for each Initial Evaluation
PTA: $50/visit
