The secret is officially out, and downtown Smithtown’s newest espionage-inspired tavern is expanding the inner circle. The Cipher Room by Spy Trail Distillery is hiring an experienced Cocktail Lounge Server who knows their spirits and loves the craft.
We are an “intimate tasting room and cocktail lounge where history, hospitality, and craftsmanship converge.”
We do not use soda guns. Everything we serve from our house-crafted sodas to pours of our award-winning Spirit lineup is built with character and purpose.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess deep spirits knowledge, and can deliver top-tier guest experiences, we want to decode your resume.
What We Need From Our Agents:
● Proven experience serving in high-end cocktail bars, tasting rooms, or upscale lounges.
● Strong spirits knowledge (bonus points if you can talk confidently about local New York grains and small-batch distillation).
● Exceptional hospitality skills to match our immersive Culper Spy Ring atmosphere.
● Availability to work weekends (Thursday through Sunday evenings).
