Provenir Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an outpatientOccupational Medicine clinic providing employee health and workplace injury care.
Up to $50k Sign on Bonus!
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
- No holidays
- No call
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient occupational medicine care
- Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
- Perform pre-employment, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physicals
- Perform minor in-office procedures, including suturing, laceration repair, splinting, and wound care
Qualifications:
- Active California NP or PA license
- Board Certified
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- DOT Certified or willing to obtain certification
- DEA license required prior to start date
