We are seeking a full‑time Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with strong experience or interest in holistic or functional medicine to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who values longer visits, enjoys addressing complex hormonal and metabolic concerns, and wants to practice medicine in a thoughtful, root‑cause–oriented way. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting women through all life stages, including menstrual health, fertility, perimenopause, and menopause.
Provide comprehensive women’s health care using an integrative and functional approach
Conduct in‑depth evaluations, including menstrual history, hormone mapping, and systems‑based assessments
Diagnose and manage hormonal, metabolic, and chronic conditions (e.g., PCOS, thyroid disorders, perimenopause, menopause, adrenal dysfunction)
Develop personalized care plans incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, medications, and therapeutic interventions
Order and interpret advanced and conventional labs, including hormone panels, DUTCH testing, thyroid panels, metabolic labs, and micronutrient testing
Prescribe and treat within scope of practice, including hormone therapy when appropriate
Educate and empower patients around cycle health, stress, sleep, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle foundations
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
Participate in ongoing education, case reviews, and team collaboration
Active Nurse Practitioner license in IL
Experience in women’s health required
Training or strong interest in integrative and/or functional medicine (IFM, FMCP, or similar a plus)
Strong clinical reasoning and systems‑thinking mindset
Excellent patient communication and relationship‑building skills
Comfortable practicing with both autonomy and collaboration
