Minimum of 8+ years of experience in fine dining establishments preferred
MUST BE AVAILABLE FULL-TIME, AND CAN WORK DOUBLES.

- Curate the guest experience through knowledgeable guidance of the menu, tasting selections, and daily features
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of Italian cuisine, wine, and spirits, with the ability to make precise, thoughtful recommendations
- Execute formal table service with accuracy, efficiency, and elegance
- Maintain seamless communication with culinary and service teams to ensure flawless pacing and execution
- Adhere strictly to NYC health, safety, and sanitation regulations
