East Valley Dentistry is seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator / Dental Office Floater to become an essential part of our growing team. This position is primarily front office but requires someone who is comfortable stepping into the back office when needed to help keep our patients' experience seamless.

What You'll Do
Front Office Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify dental insurance benefits
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
- Collect patient payments and process transactions
- Manage patient recalls and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft
- Coordinate referrals and communicate with specialists
- Help keep the schedule productive and efficient
Back Office Support (As Needed)
- Assist with patient flow throughout the day
- Prepare and turn over operatories
- Take digital radiographs (if certified)
- Assist chairside when needed
- Help with sterilization and instrument processing
- Support the clinical team during busy times
Qualifications
- Previous front office dental experience preferred
- Cross-trained dental assistant experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
