A growing residential property management organization is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences while helping maintain strong occupancy levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and lease renewals
- Meet leasing and occupancy goals through strong sales performance
- Process applications, deposits, lease documents, and move-in fees
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead records
- Support resident retention and lease renewal efforts
- Ensure office and community presentation meets professional standards
- Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach, and lead generation
- Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to support daily operations
- Maintain compliance with all applicable housing regulations, including the Fair Housing Act
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, or property management experience
- Strong customer service and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
