Wedge Apartments is hiring a personable, reliable Property Leasing Intern in
Minneapolis to help lease our units — show apartments, greet and qualify
prospects, and help renters find the right home.
No experience or license required — we train you. You start with a solid hourly
base PLUS leasing commission and bonuses on every lease you help close. It's a
flexible, part-time, hands-on way to learn leasing and property management from
the ground up, with room to grow.
What you'll do:
- Show apartments and give tours to prospective renters
- Greet, qualify, and follow up with leads
- Help prepare listings, applications, and move-in paperwork
- Deliver a great first impression of our community
You're a great fit if you:

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
