Absolute Best Appliance is a locally-owned appliance repair company serving the Clarksville area and beyond. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the first impression for our customers and the behind-the-scenes support that keeps everything running smoothly. As our company grows, this position offers the opportunity to advance into leadership roles such as Office Manager, Service Manager, or Branch Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately collect customer information for service calls.
- Schedule and dispatch service calls, creating efficient technician routes.
- Manage and track parts ordering and inventory.
- Support technicians by contacting customers or resolving scheduling issues.
- Generate reports, maintain filing systems, and complete clerical duties.
- Keep office areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Operate a company-provided vehicle for parts pickup/drop-off as needed.
- Record all service call details in Housecall Pro software.
- Attend required training, meetings, and events.
- Maintain professional attire, grooming, and conduct per company policies.
- Meet productivity and efficiency goals aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver high-quality customer service to maintain strong satisfaction levels.
- Be punctual and reliable, our customers depend on us.
- Perform additional duties as needed, including cross-training in related roles.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Minimum age: 18.
Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in administration, dispatching, or customer service.
- Skilled communicator with proven customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Previous customer service experience in a skilled trade (appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or automotive) strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including overtime.
- Reliable transportation to/from work.

- Salary: $12–$19/hour, depending on experience.
