Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will support the front-of-house operations by assisting servers, ensuring that guests receive prompt and attentive service. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment while contributing to the overall hospitality of our establishment.
Duties
- Servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Help with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling safety standards.
- Provide excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and assisting with any special requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and communicate any guest feedback or concerns.
- Support the team during busy periods by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest service.
- Experience in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in food service or hotel settings is beneficial but not mandatory; a willingness to help and learn is key.
