This role is much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. You will be at the center of our operation, helping customers, supporting technicians, solving problems, and ensuring that every day runs smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Coordinate schedules between customers and technicians
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management
- Maintain accurate notes and records
- Help improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support a positive experience for every customer we serve

- Experience in sales, customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or call center environments
- Strong emotional intelligence and people skills
- Ability to handle conflict and difficult conversations professionally
