Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Mississippi RN/LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to assess and triage patients based on acuity and clinical needs, ensuring timely and appropriate care
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively relay patient concerns, symptoms, and clinical findings to the provider and care team
- Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate the electronic health record (EHR) and other clinical software efficiently
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to accuracy, clarity, and timeliness in patient records
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to fill in at any Neshoba clinic as needed
- Dependable, self-motivated team player
- Able to perform the duties/responsibilities of the position
- Clinic experience preferred
