Bartender / Server / Leadership Track
Mussel Bar is seeking an experienced bartender with at least 2–3 years of experience in a chef-driven, chef-led restaurant. This role is based in an open dining room bar and includes service bar, a seven-seat bar, and floor service support. The ideal candidate is comfortable bartending, serving guests, taking tables when needed, and helping create an energetic, polished guest experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is professional, personable, and ready to grow. In addition to strong bar skills, this candidate must be willing to step into a leadership role and act as a shift leader when the manager is off the floor, helping support service standards and team performance.
We are looking for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced upscale environment, works well under pressure, and brings a positive, team-oriented attitude every shift.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in a chef-driven, chef-led, fast-paced upscale restaurant
Strong bartending and guest service skills
Willingness to serve and take tables as needed
Ability to provide a positive guest experience under pressure
Professional appearance and grooming standards
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Desire to learn, improve, and grow into leadership
Ability to act as a shift leader when the manager is off the floor
POS experience
Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and food service preferred
