Seeking an experienced Apartment Community Manager to take full operational responsibility for a ~100-unit apartment community with a small short-term rental operation. Must be able to run the property independently with minimal to no training. Extensive Yardi experience is required.
The property operates 7 days per week. A full-time Leasing Agent staffs the office 5 days per week (except during emergencies, illness, or vacation). The Community Manager is responsible for providing office coverage on the Leasing Agent's scheduled days off and whenever the Leasing Agent is unavailable. On days the Leasing Agent is covering the office, the Community Manager may work remotely, provided all operational responsibilities are being met.
Requirements
- 4+ years managing 100+ unit apartment community
- Experience with property management software ( Yardi, Guesty, RemoteLock, Airbnb, etc)
- Able to operate independently without training
- Short-term rental experience (Airbnb / VR units)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
