Thrive is an entrepreneurial and progressive nonprofit human service organization empowering children and adults with developmental disabilities to lead rich, active, and self-directed lives.
We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our residential team.
- We are hiring positions for 1st shifts, full-time providing direct care in group homes located in Marlborough.
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-2pm & Mon-Fri 6am-2pm
Direct Care Staff Description:
We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our residential team.
- Our direct care staff assist residents with their activities of daily living such as showering, dressing, cooking, and cleaning. They also accompany individuals to medical appointments and social activities in the community.
- Direct care staff also provide crisis intervention during medical and psychiatric emergencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Thrive provides all necessary trainings such as CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration (MAP), Human Rights, etc.
Requirements:
Current MAP Certification
A Valid Driver's License
