D&S Diversified Technologies - Headmaster LLP, the nurse aide testing company, is actively recruiting RNs to serve as Test Observers for the skills portion of the nurse aide exam.
The Role:
RN Test Observers work in four-hour blocks to test approximately eight students. The process is entirely computerized; you simply verify whether a candidate completes each step of a pre-selected skill.
Compensation and Impact:
Pay is based on the number of skills and knowledge tests administered. The base rate is approximately $33 per skills test, which typically takes 30 minutes or less. Beyond the compensation, this role allows you to make a significant impact on students' lives and help address the nurse aide shortage in your state.
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN License
-An LLC in good standing and registered with the Secretary of State
- At least one year of experience providing care for the elderly or chronically ill
