MC Community Services is a locally-owned agency based in Lincoln. We're not a staffing company, and we're not a franchise. We're a small team of people who live and work in the same communities we serve, and we're growing fast.
If You're Already a Certified BHP
You know the work. Here's what's different about doing it with us:
- Start at $20/hr minimum from day one. No training rate, and we credit your experience toward the $24 top of the range
- A monthly profit-sharing bonus we've actually funded 100% of the time since launch (details below)

Work That Matters
You'll work one-on-one with kids and young adults (up to age 20) in their homes and out in the community, helping them build real, everyday skills like making friends, managing emotions, communicating, and becoming more independent. It's hands-on work that makes a real difference in a kiddo's life.
Pay That Grows Quickly
- Certified BHPs: start at $20/hr minimum, up to $24/hr based on experience
- Not certified yet: $18/hr during paid training, automatic raise to $20/hr when you certify
On top of that, we run a monthly profit-sharing bonus program. BHPs earn between $25 and $140 extra every month based on hours worked. Over 70% of our team qualifies every single month, and we've funded it 100% of the time since we launched it. That's not a promise on a poster — it's what's actually happening.

What You Need
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A real interest in working with kids
Preferred (but we'll train you either way):
- Experience in childcare, tutoring, coaching, Ed Tech work, or youth programs
- Studying psychology, social work, education, or human services
That's it. We handle the rest. Paid training takes about 1–2 months, and our clinical supervisors average over 12 years of experience. You won't be left figuring things out on your own.
