We are looking for a thorough Assistant Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises. You will perform maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, etc. The ideal candidate must be able to assist the Maintenance Technician as needed during the week and work autonomously on the weekends. The goal is to maintain the building and common areas in the best possible condition.
Key duties and responsibilities for an Assistant Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to the following:
- Interior and exterior repairs
- pool maintenance
- grounds keeping
- plumbing
- minor electrical repairs
- painting
- other preventative maintenance
- Weekends and week days
Individual must be able to communicate with Maintenance Technician on projects and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
Weekend availability as well as during the week. Ability to work irregular hours based on unexpected needs.
Starting at $14.00 per hour
