Duties
- Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing services to meet individual client needs.
- Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, ensuring client comfort and optimal results.
- Provide spa services such as makeup application and other aesthetic treatments that enhance clients’ appearance and confidence.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure lasting results.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sterilization procedures for equipment and treatment areas.
- Engage with clients through clear communication about treatment options, benefits, and aftercare instructions to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that complement treatments and support clients’ ongoing beauty goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in skincare or esthetician roles with knowledge of various aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing.
- Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations.
- Skilled in performing laser treatments with a focus on safety and client comfort.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and sterilization procedures essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
- Ability to perform multiple aesthetic services confidently while managing client expectations professionally.
