Seeking SR. WELDER/Fabricator for full time position in metal fabrication shop
Must have 7+ years of experience in MIG, TIG welding and fabrication; familiar with ASME code
Must be capable of reading and understanding blueprints, including reading and understanding industry standard welding symbols.
Preferred - Welding certification, 6g, ASME codes, x-ray quality welds and vessel fabrication experience.
Job Type: Full-time, potential for overtime
Summary
As a Welder, you will be integral to the fabrication and assembly of processing equipment, ensuring adherence to ASME codes and standards. Reporting to the plant manager, your role will involve utilizing core skills such as blueprint reading, MIG and TIG welding, and mechanical knowledge. You will also apply premium skills in sheet metal work to enhance project efficiency. Your relevant experience in fitting, pipe threading, and using power tools will support our commitment to quality and safety in a dynamic fabrication environment.
