SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are seeking an experienced and independent Advanced Practice Provider to join our Orthopaedics team at Holy Spirit Hospital and west shore outpatient clinic. This role will provide comprehensive care to patients across a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, including nonoperative fracture management, acute injury evaluation, general orthopaedic assessments, and postoperative care. The provider will also participate in inpatient rounding and discharge management while coordinating care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with orthopaedic surgeons, nursing staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Experience in orthopaedic trauma, fracture care, and high-volume clinical environments is highly desirable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- National certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- Current license to practice as CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners
- Two (2) years' work experience as an RN
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
